 Payment in advance: bank transfer, cash on delivery or cash on collection

Note: The goods remain the property of The Classic Bike Shop until full payment has been received. Delivery is made by DHL (Deutsche Post), so that collection from your post office is possible at any time if the letter carrier does not meet you.

If we are unable to deliver, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

Delivery will be made within 5 working days of receipt of your order or payment.

Right of exchange or return:

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This can be done by telephone, by letter or by e-mail. see our cancellation policy

Please note that a refund of the purchase price can take up to 2 weeks.
